POTTERPOKER Wins Over Two Million Dollars in WCOOP Main Event

"POTTERPOKER" dominated the final table of the WCOOP (World Championship of Online Poker) main event to take down the first place prize of $2,278,097.50. In addition to the money, "POTTERPOKER" will also receive a WCOOP bracelet to commemorate his victory.

"POTTERPOKER" led for the entirety of the final table, dispatching of opponent after opponent en route to his victory. "POTTERPOKER" had such a large chip lead in the final stages of the tournament that a chop wasn't even discussed.

At one point during three-handed play, "POTTERPOKER" had a stack of over 42 million chips, while "Russian_nuts" and "joeysweetp" had just 6.7 million chips between the two of them.

The heads up battle between "POTTERPOKER" and "joeysweetp" didn't last very long.

Prior to the final hand taking place, "POTTERPOKER" had around 40.7 million in chips, while "joeysweetp" had a little over eight million.

With the board reading Jh-8c-2h-Kh, "POTTERPOKER" led out for a bet of around 1 million, "joeysweetp" shoved and "POTTERPOKER" snap-called.

The two players turned over:

"POTTERPOKER" - Ah-4h

"POTTERPOKER" had hit the nut flush on the turn, leaving "joeysweetp" drawing completely dead.
