"High Stakes Poker" Season 6 Finishes Filming Later Today
Published on November 13th, 2009 5:04 pm ESTThe third and final day of filming for the sixth season of "High Stakes Poker" is scheduled to get under way in just a couple of minutes at the "Golden Nugget" in Las Vegas.
Taping for the new season of "High Stakes Poker" is supposed to conclude later today, with brand new episodes of the show going to air in February.
Here is the line-up for today's session:
Tom "durrrr" Dwan
Phil Ivey
Daniel Negreanu
David Benyamine
Eli Elezra
Doyle Brunson
Mike Matusow
Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier
There are a few names that were expected to compete this season that haven't been in any of the official line-ups. I'm not sure if Sammy George, Allan Meltzer or Yevgeniy Timoshenko will end up participating this season, despite the fact that all three names were included in the preliminary list of players that were expected to compete.
If you have been keeping an eye on the line-ups so far, then you should have noticed that Tom "durrrr" Dwan, Phil Ivey and Daniel Negreanu have played all three days.
If you enjoy watching Tom Dwan and Phil Ivey play, then you are in luck, as it appears as though they will be appearing in most or all of the episodes this season.
I really doubt that this season of the show will disappoint - there is just too much talent participating this year.
