37 of the original 275 entrants in the tournament will begin play at noon local time on Saturday afternoon.
Corwin Cole will have the biggest stack when play gets underway on Saturday (996k), while Nestor Martinez will have the smallest stack (186k).
Jonas Entin (985k), Jason Lavallee (883k), Dee Luong (771k) and Mark Seif (759k) round out the list of the top five largest stacks heading into Day 4.
The prize pool for this event ended up being just north of $4 million dollars, which means that the eventual winner will take home over $1.2 million dollars.
The top 27 spots pay, meaning that the money bubble should burst a few hours into play on Day 4. Everyone who makes the money will be guaranteed at least $23,855 for making it that far.
Dutch Boyd (616k), Freddy Deeb (588k) and Chris "Jesus" Ferguson (535k) all have above average stacks at this point, and will be looking to do some damage on Day 4.
Some of the other well-known names who are still alive include:
Brandon Cantu (414k)
Kido Pham (401k)
Cliff "JohnnyBax" Josephy (385k)
Andy Bloch (320k)
Chad "Lilholdem954" Batista (315k)
Vivek Rajkumar (253k)
Prahlad Friedman (188k)
A few notes heading into Day 4:
-Prahlad Friedman could potentially win his second WPT title in just two months with a victory in this event
-Dee Luong and Friedman, who are both still alive in this event, are married
-Chris Ferguson, despite having a great deal of success over his career, has never managed to win a WPT title
Day 4 will begin at 12 noon local time on Saturday.
