With a live crowd cheering him on, Hoyt Corkins, dressed in a cowboy hat and boots, won the World Poker Finals. An Alabama native who is a true cowboy in every sense of the word, Corkins put our Mohamed Ibrahim to claim the title and take home $1 million dollars.
Not only was there a large audience cheering him on, but this event is part of the World Poker Tour, a very successful poker program that airs on the Travel Channel, so millions of people will witness his victory.
