These three women - Kitty Kuo, Kyna England and Daniela Rodriguez - will be attempting to win the World Poker Tour Ventian event, which ended up attracting nearly 1,200 players.
The large turnout means that there is a substantial first place prize at stake, as the remaining six players will be battling it out for over $900,000.

The good news is that three women have made the final table of an open World Poker Tour event for the first time in history.
The bad news? They will be the three smallest stacks when action gets underway on Wednesday afternoon at the Venetian.
Here are the chip stacks heading into the final table:
Mike Liang, 18,225,000
Chad Eveslage, 17,725,000
Tim McDermott, 4,500,000
Kitty Kuo, 2,700,000
Kyna England, 2,575,000
Daniela Rodriguez, 2,250,000
All six players are guaranteed a little under $200k for making it to the final table.

Can Kuo, England or Rodriguez overcome the massive chip advantage that is enjoyed by Liang and Eveslage?
We'll find out later today.
