Tardif, Widmann Latest Additions to partypoker's "Team Online"

partypoker has wasted absolutely no time in putting together their roster of "Team Online" players, as Patrick "IrEgption" Tardif and Alan "Hotted" Widmann were revealed earlier this week as the newest members of the team.

Patrick Tardif and Alan Widmann both got their starts in the world of gaming, and both have gone on to enjoy success in the poker world as well. Widmann is well-known in the esports world and should help partypoker to tap into that rapidly growing market.

Tardiff has been on the upswing of a lifetime over the past six months or so, as he chopped the Sunday Million and took down a WCOOP event while living in New Zealand in the "Streamhouse". Throw in a partypoker sponsorship and you have a big couple of months for "IrEgption".

Widmann, on the other hand, has had some success in live tournaments as he continues to transition into the world of poker. This includes a cash in last year's World Series of Poker main event (1,144th for $15,000) and a 121st place finish in the $1,000 No Limit Hold'em Tag Team event ($394).

There is no word as of how many of these signings that partypoker has planned - there are several high profile streamers that are still without deals, and I wouldn't be surprised if more signings are set to be announced.
