Martin Joins Jaime Staples, Jeff Gross in Leaving Pokerstars
Published on February 18th, 2019 4:17 pm ESTEarlier today, Kevin Martin posted a video on his Twitter account where he announced that he had parted ways with Pokerstars after three years with the company.
Martin, who said that the two sides parted ways and that he wasn't fired, joins Jaime Staples and Jeff Gross as well-known poker streamers who have recently cut ties with Pokerstars.
In addition, Parker Talbot recently become a free agent as well, as he announced that he was leaving 888 Poker after two years with the company.

Earlier today, Matt Staples announced that he was joining the newly created "Team Online" at partypoker.
With partypoker stating that they have more signings to announce in the near future, there seems to be a very good chance of Martin, along with Jaime Staples, Jeff Gross and Parker Talbot, all ending up with partypoker as well.
partypoker has said that they are late to the streaming game, though they plan on being aggressive in their pursuit of players. In addition to Matt Staples, partypoker also recently announced that they would be sponsoring Bill Perkins' "Thirst Lounge".

Pokerstars has certainly not been that popular with poker players as of late, while partypoker continues to listen to the community to try and improve. It's not surprising that a number of high profile streamers would be leaving Pokerstars, especially with partypoker seeming to be on the rise.
Here are Kevin Martin's comments about his exit from Pokerstars:
After 3 years with @PokerStars my time as an ambassador for them has come to an end.
