Triton Poker Teases Massive Event in Trailer for New Season

Earlier this week, Triton Poker posted a teaser trailer for their upcoming season of the Super High Roller Series. According to the company, the Super High Roller Series will resume in Jeju, South Korea in March. This series will run from March 2nd to March 9th.
Following that, there will be more events in the months of May, July, September and November.
The most interesting part of the clip, which you can see below, is the fact that Triton Poker is promising to host the "biggest buy-in in poker history" in 2019. The "Big One For One Drop" has featured a buy-in of $1 million USD (not including the $111,111 fee that is donated), which means that Triton Poker will need to top this amount to make good on their promise.

The Triton Poker Super High Roller Series has featured some of the biggest names in poker, including the likes of Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan and Justin Bonomo.
Players such as Ivey and Dwan spend a great deal of their time playing in cash games in Macau, so getting them to turn out for Super High Roller events in locales such as Macau hasn't proven to be too difficult.

The Super High Roller Series from Triton Poker has helped to popularize short deck hold'em, which has proven to be very popular with action junkies such as Phil Ivey. You can expect a healthy dose of these short deck events on the menu during Triton Poker's 2019 schedule.
