Dwan, "ElkY", Phil Ivey Among Confirmed Names For Event

partypoker LIVE will be bringing their growing tour to the Casino Sochi in August, as the MILLIONS Russia will be taking place from August 3rd to August 14th.

In total, the tournament series is guaranteeing almost 700 million rubles, which translates into nearly $11 million US dollars.

The main event will have a guarantee of 300 million rubles, which translates into over $4.7 million USD.

The series, which will be taking place at the newly built Casino Sochi, has already had confirmations from some of the biggest names in the poker world, including Tom Dwan, Phil Ivey, Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier and Sam Trickett.

In order to boost the attendance for this event, partypoker LIVE will be reimbursing visa costs for anybody that is travelling to play in the event. According to the company, all you have to do is bring your visa receipt to the partypoker LIVE desk during the event and you will be reimbursed in partypoker LIVE Dollars.

The tournament series kicks off on August 3rd with a turbo bounty event that features a buy-in of roughly $577 USD.

The Triton Poker High Roller event will get started on Tuesday, August 7th and will feature a buy-in of approximately $47,500 USD.

On August 8th, the Triton Poker Super High Roller event will take place, and this tournament will feature a buy-in of roughly $95,000.

The main event, which has a buy-in of roughly $5,000 USD, will have three opening flights. Following the conclusion of Days 1A, 1B and 1C, the tournament fields will combine, where the remaining entrants will battle over the next four days, with the tournament reaching its conclusion on Monday, August 13th.
