High Stakes Tournament Series To Run From February 1-9
Published on November 24th, 2017 1:00 am ESTPoker Central is following up their successful "Poker Masters" tournament series with the "U.S. Poker Open", which is set to run from February 1-9 in 2018.
The US Poker Open will consist of a total of eight events, all of which will have buy-ins of at least $10,000.
The series will be hosted at the ARIA Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
Just like with the "Poker Masters" series, total earnings over the course of the US Poker Open will be added up, and the person who finishes with the most earnings at the end of the series will be named the US Poker Open champion and awarded with a championship trophy.
You can safely assume that there will be a number of prop bets between participating players, just as there was for the "Poker Masters" earlier this year.
According to Poker Central, the plan is to host "quarterly majors" that will include the Poker Masters, US Poker Open and Super High Roller Bowl.
