24 Entries Plus 4 Re-Entries Creates Total Prize Pool of $2,800,000

The King is holding a card - King of Hearts - in his handThe largest buy-in tournament in the history of online poker, the $102,000 WCOOP Super High-Roller event on Pokerstars, is currently in progress.

A total of 24 players turned out for this mammoth buy-in event - with 4 re-entries, the total prize pool ended up coming in at $2,800,000. The eventual winner will take home $1,400,000, the runner-up will walk away with $840,000 and the third place finisher will receive $560,000.

The chip leader is Isaac "philivey2694" Haxton, who currently has 174,805 in chips. Haxton and Pokerstars famously parted ways earlier this year, with Haxton claiming that the company was acting "unethically" with the way that it was handling Supernova and SuperNova Elite players. Players such as Haxton and Justin Bonomo, who also participated in today's tournament, have been very outspoken about Amaya Inc. in recent months.
