Published on July 6th, 2016 3:35 pm ESTMichael "The Grinder" Mizrachi will be looking to pull off one of the most impressive accomplishments in the history of poker on Wednesday as he attempts to win his third $50,000 Poker Players title in the last seven years.
Five men - Justin Bonomo, Eric Wasserson, Brian Rast, Lamar Wilkinson and Ray Dehkharghani - stand between Mizrachi and his third $50k PPC title. Bonomo will enter Wednesday's final table with the chip lead (7,750,000), roughly 2.2 million in chips more than Mizrachi.
Here are the chip counts heading into Wednesday:
Justin Bonomo, 7,750,000
Michael Mizrachi, 5,535,000
Eric Wasserson, 3,800,040
Brian Rast, 3,185,000
Lamar Wilkinson, 2,045,000
Ray Dehkharghani, 395,000

Mizrachi first took down the $50,000 Poker Players Championship in 2010 ($1,559,046) and followed this up with another victory in 2012 ($1,451,527). Mizrachi currently has three World Series of Poker bracelets, as he also took down a bracelet at the 2011 World Series of Poker Europe.

Given the level of talent in the $50,000 Poker Player Championships and the well-rounded poker game that a person needs to possess in order to be competitive in the event, Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi winning three PPC titles in just seven years would undoubtedly be one of the most incredible accomplishments in the history of poker.
Bonomo, Wasserson, Rast, Wilkinson and Dehkharghani will be doing their best to stop the hard-charging Mizrachi on Wednesday.
