This Year's TCOOP To Feature 50 Events and $15 Million in Guaranteed Prize Money

Earlier today, Pokerstars revealed details of the 2015 TCOOP (Turbo Championship of Online Poker).

This year's TCOOP will run from January 22nd to February 1st and feature a total of 50 events. Pokerstars is guaranteeing a total of $15 million in prize money for the tournament series.

The first event of the series ($27 NL Hold'em, 6-Max, Re-Entry) gets underway at 12:00 on Thursday, January 22nd, while the final event ($215 Supersonic - TCOOP Wrap-Up, Hyper-Turbo) gets underway at 18:30 on Sunday, February 1st.

Three of the 50 events will have guarantees of at least $1 million - they are:

Event #16 - $320 NL Hold'em [Progressive Super-Knockout], $1,000,000

Event #47 - $2,100 NL Hold'em [High Roller], $1,250,000

Event #49 - $700 NLHE Main Event, $2,000,000

As per usual with Pokerstars, the TCOOP will feature a number of different poker variations including Hold'em, Omaha and Stud Hi/Lo.
