The King is throwing a poker chip in the airYou've heard this story before - it's the fall, and Viktor "Isildur1" Blom is making a run on Full Tilt Poker.

Sure, "Isildur1" hasn't made as much in December of 2012 as he did in the early days of his epic run back in 2009, but he is still doing very well nonetheless.

Through the first 11 days of December, Viktor "Isildur1" Blom has made $1,244,279 on Full Tilt Poker, according to HighStakesDB.com. This $1.2 million in profit has come over a total of just 10,710 tracked hands.

The catalyst for Blom's most recent run on Full Tilt Poker was the same as it was in the fall of 2009 - a heads-up battle against Tom "durrrr" Dwan.

"Isildur1" and "durrrr" engaged in a heads-up No Limit Hold'em battle this past weekend. Four tables of $100/$200 were played, and the winner was the player who managed to take $200,000 from his opponent. "Isildur1" beat Dwan in the highly publicized battle, needing just 1,381 hands to finish off his opponent.

"Isildur1" followed up this performance with a strong showing in 2-7 Triple Draw and FLO8, winning hundreds of thousands of dollars in both games.
