Strong Turnout So Far For 2012 WCOOP

The first five events of this year's WCOOP (World Championship of Online Poker) have gotten underway, with all five events easily surpassing their guarantees.

Pokerstars has guaranteed a total prize pool of $30 million for the 65 events that comprise this year's WCOOP. Given the strong start to this year's event, you can safely assume that the final prize pool will end up somewhere north of $40 million.
