In May of 2009, Lee accepted a job as Cake Poker's new card room manager. Jones resigned in December of 2010, stating that he was leaving because "management has made some strategic decisions with which I’m not comfortable."

A few short months later and Jones is back in the online poker world, having accepted a position as Pokerstars' new head of Home Games.
