Can you feel it in the air?
The birds are starting to chirp, and the weather is starting to get warmer. Former Magic and chess players are now finalizing their living arrangements. Satellites are being won, and tournament entries are being paid. It's that time of the year again. It's World Series of Poker time.
We are just a month and a half away from the biggest poker event of the year. Interest in poker has not waned, and I am expecting extremely large turnouts this year, especially at the main event. Harrah's has said that it is expecting up to 10,000 players this year at the main event, which would mean a prize pool of over $100 million dollars. SICK!
Harrah's is also going to be having multiple events starting on the same day. The reason is, to have small buy-in events for smaller players, and bigger buyin events for more experienced players.
