The $100,000 Challenge is a two-day No Limit Hold'em event that attracts some of the top poker players in the world. Full Tilt Poker is heavily involved with the Aussie Millions, which means that many members of "Team Full Tilt" will be participating in the $100k Challenge. Names such as Patrik Antonius, Tom "durrrr" Dwan, Phil Ivey and Howard Lederer are all in Melbourne, Australia for the Aussie Millions right now, and you can expect all four of these players to take part in the $100k Challenge.
Previous winners of the Aussie Millions $100k Challenge include:
2010 - Dan Shak, $1.2 Million AUD
2009 - David Steicke, $1.2 Million AUD
2008 - Howard Lederer, $1.25 Million AUD
2007 - Erick Lindgren, $1.0 Million AUD

The Australian Dollar is almost on par with the US Dollar, meaning that it will cost roughly $99,000 USD to buy into the $100k Challenge this year.
